About Martinsville, IN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Martinsville is a Midwestern hometown with charm to spare. This is a town where you will feel instantly comfortable.  Neighbors in town are excited to share their town with visitors.  The County Seat of Morgan County, The City of Martinsville was founded in 1822. One of Indiana’s few remaining pre-Civil War Courthouses is in the city.  There is plenty of historic architecture to explore and investigate in the town but there is just much new and progressive thinking happening in this small Midwestern town. They are a community in the midst of tremendous cultural growth.

This Midwestern region will likely strike a chord with you and bring you back to a simpler time. The area is full of history, allure and contentment at every turn. There is plenty of history, for sure.  In the late 19th century and well into the middle of the 20th century tourists came to Martinsville seeking health spas and “Sanitariums” to experience the health benefits of artesian mineral water.  In the city you will find a large neon sign which reads “Martinsville City Mineral Water” and is a refurbished recreation of the original sign stationed atop the National Sanitarium.

Restored in 2015, the Mitchell Opera House in the nearby town of Mitchell was initially built in 1906. Checking out this historic building or attending one of their arts or community events would be a great way to pass some time on a chilly, nippy winter day or evening. If you are looking for shopping then Nashville, Indiana is nearby. Home-grown, locally created, and handmade items are everywhere. The artsy community is filled to the brim with charming people and gorgeous shops, stores, architecture, food and more.  It is also the ideal spot for a lengthy spring stroll through the city. Visit in the warmer months, if you can!
